    What is SCRUM?

    It is a methodology focused on making decisions based on tangible results, not assumptions. The project is divided into sprints or short work goals, which can range from one to two weeks. This way, the product is updated and integrated with the team members and the client.

    The client participates in the planning and execution of the project from start to finish. The source code, technical manual, and user manual are delivered so that the product becomes the client's asset.

    We manage our projects using an agile development methodology called SCRUM, which optimizes resources, reduces costs, and delivers the desired outcome.
